I spent years working in graphic design and communications at non-profits with a strong social mission before deciding to shift my focus. As I make the transition to this new career of landscape architecture, I hope to maintain that mission-oriented focus; I hope to help improve the world we all inhabit and leave it a little better than we came in to it.
In my designs, I aim to create space where people feel comfortable outdoors, free to reap all the benefits nature has to offer. I hope to create solutions that are approachable while offering the chance to deeply examine one’s surroundings. I try to work in harmony with the existing site, shining a light on the natural beauty while maximizing the ecological health of the design.
